Spikeneuron v0.1 - Spiking Neural Network Model

Spikeneuron is a spiking neural network model written in C. It was developped for experimentation on Spike Time Dependent Plasticity (STDP) in neural networks with transmission delays. While only single connections can be made between any two cells, propagation delays will influence the spatiotemporal characteristics of spiking dynamics.

The model features:

• FitzHugh-Nagumo Neurone Model
• Discrete Transmission Delays
• Learning via STDP
• Option for Random, 2D Topological, or Small-World Connectivity
